2-day course · OsseoPure Solutions
November 20 to 21, 2026 · Fort Lauderdale, FL
The cases that go wrong, the patients who complicate things, and the decisions nobody taught you in school.
Perfect cases don't need a course. This one is built around the other kind: complicated medical histories, implants that behave differently than planned, documentation that suddenly matters, and the business decisions that land on you at the same time as the clinical ones. Two days with the people who built the OsseoPure system, at a hotel on the water.
- Up to 16 CE credits
- Fri 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Sat 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina

Who this is for
You place implants, or you work with someone who does, and you want fewer surprises.
General dentists who have never placed an implant and want to start with a system that is hard to get wrong. Dentists placing a few a month who want a clear path to full arch. Surgeons doing full arch every week who are tired of the callbacks. No minimum experience. If you can hold a handpiece, you are ready for day one.
This is a lecture and case review course. If you want instruments in your hands, take a Buffalo course.
"Any dentist, general dentist, periodontist, oral surgeon, whatever, should be looking at this program."Dr. James Walton, DDS
